Solid Cherry Bookcases

Three bespoke bookcase were built from solid cherry timber to provide much needed new book storage for a home study room. The traditional design was chosen to compliment the client's existing furniture. In addition the timber type and colour was  sympathetic to the space. The cabinet backs were panelled in keeping with traditional construction techniques and finished with a clear polish. The cornice and plinth were made to compliment the rooms period features and  along with the exterior sides were painted. The room already had a fitted carpet, this was trimmed and re fitted.
